Answers to some common questions. 

 

FEES:

The fee is $180 per a 50 minute session

Payment with cash, check, Venmo, Zelle or credit card is expected in full at the time of service.

Group and workshop fees are set independently.

Summary reports, and depositions are billed at the regular hourly rate.

Court appearances are billed on a daily rate.

 

INSURANCE:

Insurance reimbursement is the responsibility of the client. Receipts will be provided at the end of each session. Clients can send these receipts directly to their insurance company for reimbursement. 

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the appointment. If cancellation is not made 24 hours in advance, you will be billed for the session. 

 

A session missed or cancelled within 24 hours can be made up within the week that the appointment was scheduled. If the session can be made up you will not be billed for the missed session. Please call to reschedule your missed session. 

 

In the event that I double-book or need to cancel your appointment and we cannot make it up within that week, your next session will be free.
